We understand, no one likes to run out of fresh coffee, but don’t panic! 🙂
We roast your coffee every Monday and Wednesday. Your coffee is sent out by Wednesday and Friday by our friends at Singpost. They’re generally (truthfully, not always!) pretty efficient and usually take 2 – 4 business days to deliver. If you have not received your coffee after 5 business days of roasting, please let us know and we’ll send you out a replacement.
Alternatively, if you know you have problems receiving packages from Singpost, you can now opt for the Express courier delivery at an extra cost of $4.30 which guarantees delivery within 48 hours of roasting.
