Your coffees are packed in our specially designed one way valve bags that are ideal for storing coffee. That’s because freshly roasted coffee releases gas (mostly carbon dioxide) and the one way valve allows the gas to slowly escape without letting in oxygen which speeds up the staling process. You may also prefer to transfer your beans to your own airtight container.
The key to preserving the freshness of our coffee is to keep it in a cool, dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight. Also, don’t keep your coffee in the fridge or freezer as it tends to pick up moisture.
