yards of family homes, intercropped with other crops that the family relies on. Fertile soil and high farming standards give this Limited Edition microlot a distinct flavour profile, making it a coveted area for coffee farming. Perched on a small hill, it provides the perfect altitude and plenty of unobstructed sunlight to produce stellar coffees.
This natural process coffee makes a complex cup with notes of passionfruit, cardamon and sweet red wine. We’ve roasted it to a medium-light profile to highlight its bold fruity flavors.
