This Blue Label Coffee is from Finca La Bonita, located in Chalatenango in El Salvador.
The farm, led by Norelvia Angelica Elias De Diaz, achieved 2nd and 11th place in the Cup of Excellence El Salvador in 2020 and 2021. The crops are aided with bio-fertilizers, organic foliar fertilizer and natural repellents.
This coffee is roasted to a medium-light profile, bringing out taste notes of roselle tea and orange peel. It has a highly floral aroma, and we love it best as a pour over.
