This Limited Edition CNY coffee comes from the beautiful fertile region of Yunnan province in Southern China. While Yunnan is renowned for its Pu’er tea, over 90% of China’s coffees also come from this region. With an average altitude of 1800 metres, Yunnan shares a border with Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar, which contributes to its diversity.
The Mountain Man is a highly coveted specialty grade bean. It is grown and processed at highland lands in Menghai of Yunnan, China, and this region has grown coffee for over 50 years. This coffee uses the washed process by washing of the cherry from the bean and removing mucilage, highlighting the unique profile of the single origin. We love that true to its region, the Mountain Man exhibits bold and bright flavours, with subtle tea notes that makes this coffee truly exquisite.
