The Naciamento Natural originates from Finca La Virgen, Nicaragua.
These microlot farms that are over 1,000 metres above sea level have been consistently yielding an impressive crop. It is produced by an incredibly coffee passionate community that, through the years, has developed and improved on crop yielding models based on sustainability, productivity and quality.
For such a special microlot, a team of trained harvesters, mostly women, hand pick the ripest and best of the well tended cherries. After the weighing, sorting and cleaning process, the coffee will undergo careful sun drying on raised beds for about 30 days, during which the beans will inherit the characters of the pulp and skin, giving the coffee a complex range of taste profiles.
