We’re delighted to bring a delicious coffee from Brazil, the largest coffee producer in the world. This crop is from the Sul de Minas region, home to some of the largest coffee plantations. However, more than half of the farms in the region are small to medium-sized, and we particularly love the skill and passion that comes from this smallholder farm.
With its long maturity stages, the Moon Cresta doesn’t exhibit the typical profiles one might be familiar with Brazilian coffees. Far from that, with its unique golden cherries, it has one of the most elegant tastes of yellow bourbon, with notes of honey, raisin and citrus.
