Colombia has been producing coffee since the early 19th century, renowned for their bright acidity and rich aftertaste. It is no wonder that this month’s Limited Edition has taste notes of a summer garden! Produced by the famed farm owner Jairo Arcila, who is a third generation coffee grower, this microlot is both exotic in taste and scarce in supply, so you’ll be having something truly special.
For this microlot, only cherries with the same level of ripeness were picked, and then exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours with mandarin skin. This mandarin skin process pushes the fruitiness of the cup to a whole new level, and with a light roast, the brightness and acidity of honey mandarins will be sure to give you a phenomenally refreshing brew.
