One of our most exquisite Limited Editions, the Luis Anibal is produced by one of our hailed producers, Don Luis Anibal Calderon at Finca Villa Betulia.
Using only the ripest cherries, they are then exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 22 hours before pulping, and a further 18 hours after pulping. Then it is carefully washed, and sundried to reduce the moisture content.
Luis Anibal has been growing coffee for over 20 years, but only sold his first specialty grade coffee in 2013. He was one of the first growers in Colombia to produce Gesha, when very few knew about it in Colombia.
