As we end one and start another year, we remind ourselves to do it with thankful hearts. In Swahili, Asante means thank you.
African coffees are exotic and fascinating, just like the lands they come from. We’ve always been partial to African coffees, as they are our first love. However, we are equally amazed by the crops in different parts of the world, and in this blend, we combine it with Central America.
The Asante blend combines single origin coffees from Kenya and Nicaragua. Mindful that these hold their own unique characteristics as natural and processed coffees, we hand roast and blend to synergize their profiles, and that makes for the richness in taste notes of fruits and chocolate, with layers of tea. This is a bright and crispy cup, with a complex aroma of chocolate and fruits.
