Various small holder farmers from the Cerrado Mineiro region contribute to this fine coffee. This region is known for its flat plains and medium altitude of 1000-1300m. Trees are nurtured with organic fertilisers produced on each of the individual farms, preserving the microbial life in the soil. Coffee cherries are hand picked, ensuring only the ripest fruit is selected.
This meticulous care is the reason why the farm performs well in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competitions.

Cerrado has a pleasant note of chocolate, good to have iced or hot, and not too acidic to have without milk. An enjoyable blend!

MalaysiaI got nothing else to do during RMO, so here’s my details of brewing: • V60 • 15:250 • medium-fine (8 @porlex mini) • 3:20 I received strong nutty flavours and I really enjoyed the overwhelming (in a good way) mouthfeel of this beans. I never passed the 3 minutes mark brewing this ratio before brewing beans from Port Dickson local roaster, but i believe it falls in range of good brewing time. As always, need to rework on every details possible to experience other flavour notes. #StayatHome
MalaysiaIt is my 1st purchase and the best drip coffee I have had to-date. The aroma is irressitable once the pack is unsealed and when hot water engaged with the coffee I can see the foams and breathing bubbles that showed the freshness of the grinded coffee. The body is super smooth and very pleasant for a medium roast compared to the aftertaste; uniquely, I like it that way. The nutty and bitter chocolatty body and aftertaste is brilliant and not overpowering but an attractive character. And I must say using biodegradable packaging certainly commendable.
MalaysiaThe coffee tasted really good on its own. I usually like to add cream in my coffee to reduce the heartburn effect. But this particular coffee tasted good to be taken black and i haven't felt any heartburn yet. Enjoy the aroma of it too. The colour of the coffe is pretty as well. Overall, i enjoyed it.. recommend this to those who would like to try black coffee but without the extreme bitterness.
